The Wilton Group portfolio realises the vision of a truly integrated engineering service provider, that will deliver projects on time, safely, within budget, to the highest quality standards. We achieve this service by utilising our in-house labour force to ensure total management control during all the various stages of a project; our multi-discipline work force carries out over 90% of the work. We have the ability to deliver and provide a service that is in strict accordance with our client's requirements.
Group History
The Wilton Group of companies was established in 1994 with the formation of Wilton Engineering Services Ltd, providing quality fabrication and site services for the Offshore and Petrochemical Industries. The group was strengthened in 1999 with the formation of our shotblasting and coatings division Universal Coatings Ltd. Providing quality shop and site painting services, both in house and to a wider client base. In 2000 the Wilton Group added to its fabrication capabilities with the formation of Wilton Marine Services Ltd. Providing quality fabrication, site services, and vessel mobilisations to the Subsea and Marine Industries.
The group was further strengthened in 2006 with the purchase of our current fabrication and painting facilities at Port Clarence Offshore Base. With large undercover fabrication and painting halls, external fabrication capability and quayside frontage. 2008 saw the acquisition of PD&MS in Aberdeen, In 2009 we opened PD&MS offices in Teesside expanding our project management and design capabilities. The Wilton Group can now provide a complete service from project management, design, procurement, fabrication, commissioning and testing through to loadout and delivery and installation.
